This applies to every paid tier. Single Pack ($29), Agent Pack ($159), and Strategy Operating System ($549). Same policy across the board.
How to request a refund
Email hello@marketingprompthub.com from the address you used at checkout. Subject line: "Refund." Body: optional. You don't have to explain.
We refund via Stripe to the same card you paid with. Processing usually completes within 24 hours on our end. Stripe takes another 3-5 business days to land in your account.
Why we make this easy
Two reasons. One: the library has to do the job standalone. If you bought it and it didn't, that's on us, not on you. Two: a friction-filled refund process is a tell that the product knows it doesn't deliver. We don't want to be that.
We'd genuinely rather you take your money back than feel stuck with software you regret.
What happens to your access
When we process the refund, we revoke your member-dashboard access. The files you've already downloaded are yours to keep, there's no DRM, no watermark, no remote disable. We trust you. If you used the library in the 30 days, that's fine. We're not the IRS.
Genuinely abusive cases
If someone buys, downloads everything, requests a refund, and re-buys under a new email two days later, that's the one case we'd push back on. It's also a case that's never actually happened, because the people who'd do that aren't our buyers. We mention it for completeness, not because it's a real concern.
Subscription tiers (Suite renewal)
The Strategy Operating System ($549/year) auto-renews annually. You can cancel renewal anytime from your member dashboard or by emailing us, your access continues through the end of the paid period. If you forget to cancel and get charged for a year you didn't want, email within 30 days of the renewal charge and we refund that renewal in full, no questions. Same policy as the original purchase.
EU consumer rights
For consumers in the EU, you also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. Our 30-day policy is stricter (more generous) than the legal minimum. Either applies, whichever is more favorable to you.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank instead of emailing us first, that's your right, but it costs us a $15 dispute fee and creates paperwork. If you're considering one, please email us first. We'll resolve it directly within 24 hours, no questions, no retention attempt.
